Battery Life
Preferred solution: I need to know the battery life of the battery in my security system from your end. I was hoping to speak to somebody live but I can’t get a hold of anybody. I’m not very happy about the fact I can’t speak to somebody to ask a simple question.

Hi Ken Volk,President of Aqua Pumpkin Inc. Formerly of Santa Maria California.
I sold my business Real Estate where my former company resided in December 2020. I have closed out my Stanley Security account after my move out. The New owners of the property set up a new account with Stanley Sec.
The problem I have had is even though i have closed out my account. Stanley Security continues to call me at the phone number that was formerly associated with my prior location.
That phone # has been moved to my new location.
I have contacted Stanley 6 separate times that I'm no longer a Stanley Customer and no longer at the location of their services or a customer. Yet continued to be called with regard to alarms going off at my former location. I have spoken with Data Entry at Stanley 3 times on this matter. I have spoken to monitoring reps all assuing me I would permanently repoved from their call list.
I have let Stanley know that if there is a problem at my former location.
they are calling the wrong party. I get yes it will be corrected but it does not ever get resolved.
So frustrating. I do not think Stanley is too big to care just they either have problems with thier data entry or there are Slackers in thier work force
- Follow through in resolving data entry internally
Preferred solution: Improved customer service for all customers and to be permanently removed from contact list . For the company to evaluate it's internal communications.
